Scope of work included a full booth redevelopment of self-standing secure Stock Exchange booths with all data communication cabling routed back to servers. All work was performed off-hours to insure full daily operations. O+D Builders is currently performing work on additional project such as flood prevention and exterior restoration.
Scope of work for this high level project included executive offices, staff offices, a server room with extensive security, including chambered and fingerprint access. Trading floors with raised platforms and multiple workstations were also constructed in this 12,000sf space.

To reflect their prominence, O+D Builders was retained to expand the existing New York corporate office to include installation of a common stair connecting two floors, high end conference rooms with telecommunication capacities, executive offices and pantries that all reflect the bank’s premier status
O+D Builders’ projects for this prestigious bank’s locations consisted of transforming their existing teller stations to reflect a new corporate design standard. Scope of work included removal of teller lines and installation of new teller lines. Ballistics were changed from Level 2 to Level 4. It is important to note that all work was done over the course of a weekend in multiple locations with several shifts working around the clock to accommodate this client’s schedule. Teller station renovation included multiple trades.
O+D Builders provided general contracting services for a gut renovation for a premier development corporation’s New York headquarters. All work was phased within the building and while space was fully occupied by tenant. Additional scope included rest room and sales office renovation and conference rooms. Sales office was renovated to a showroom where all model mock-ups for upcoming condominium developments could be viewed.

Featuring custom accent stone walls from Europe, O+D Builders handled all coordination of shipping, deliveries and carting through customs for this handmade stonework.
