Executive Team

Antonio Tutino, Chief Executive Officer

Antonio Tutino’s experience has prepared him to successfully navigate New York’s notoriously challenging construction market. For more than two decades, Tutino has worked to establish a professional organization built on innovation and integrity.

As CEO of O+D Builders, Tutino has expertly managed complex, time-sensitive projects across diverse sectors of the marketplace, from healthcare to hospitality, interior fit-outs, and new construction. With Tutino at the helm, O+D has consistently expanded its footprint in the tristate area by delivering exceptional quality and value empowering clients to realize their vision.

Starting as a Union Carpenter and quickly advancing to Labor Supervisor, Antonio Tutino earned his way onto projects at the Museum of Modern Art, the AOL Building, and Greenwich Hotel. He later held Project Manager and Project Executive positions for several well-regarded construction firms in New York City where he was responsible for managing construction operations and information flow among construction and design professionals to ensure seamless, successful, and timely delivered projects such as China Construction Bank, KKR Financial, and Fox Television.

He continues to pursues his craft with discipline and rigor, guided by the principle “It’s not how you start, it how you finish” mentality. Everyday he strives to elevate his position in the construction management industry.

Edward Tassey, Chief Operating Officer

As an established leader, Edward Tassey is committed to operational excellence and open communication at every level with two decades of experience in General Contracting and Management Consulting. He exercises his skillset of critical analysis for planning, directing, and coordinating strategic methods involving financial and operational objectives.

Exemplifies the ability to lead, influence and achieve completion dates while maintaining profit goals. Edward provides value engineering and a unique approach to every project. He has held DOO, Account Executive and General Superintendent leadership roles. He has led and partnered with business FM, Design and Owner Representative teams to execute major projects.

Edward has also completed transformational projects within the Hospitality, Commercial, Educational, Government and Retail sectors. Highlighted clients include Michael Kors, Buzzfeed, Colliers, Ace Hotel, Swig Equities, JLL, Newmark.

Frank Tutino, Vice President of Project Management

Accomplished, results oriented Architectural and Engineering professional with over 25 years of demonstrated success in the Construction industry. Action-oriented with strong ability to communicate effectively with technology, executive, and business audiences. Strategic leader with a passion for managing organizations and teams to deliver results. Areas of expertise and experience include strategy development, organizational leadership, training and development, negotiations and contracts, customer relationship management, engineering consulting, project management, construction management, operations management.

Simone Russo, Superintendent

With more than a decade supervising trades, Simone Russo expertly oversees every phase of construction from layout to punch list while consistently achieving superior results through with his hands-on management of Subcontractors. Simone’s attention to detail is evident in both his achievements in the field his organized, thorough, and timely paperwork. A regular recipient of glowing reviews from owner’s representatives and clients, Simone is highly sought after for his keen understanding of trade coordination, critical path, budget, and quality control.

Vincenzo Tutino, Vice President of Field Operations

With more than seventeen years experience directing the full scope of projects spanning renovation and new building construction, Vincenzo has a proven track record of success in achieving time, budget, and quality control benchmarks. An alumnus of Structure tone and Tishman, Vincenzo is adept at superintending large, complex projects from start to finish. Vincenzo holds a B.S. in telecommunications engineering from New York City Tech.
